Features

This robust pump is suitable for waste water that contains a maximum three percent dry matter and 80 mm long straws — for example urine from solid manure handling, waste water from milking and separated slurry from flushing. The pump can be immersed in five metre depths. It is ideal for use with slurry manure, loose-housing systems with liquid manure storage, large farms with a lot of waste water, parlours and waiting areas with flushing systems.

Advantages

DeLaval V400 uses a strong 3 kW electric motor and has a maximum grain passage of 10 mm. Its high 2750 l/min capacity allows it to quickly load a manure scraper or empty a pit. The unit has integrated thermal protection to protect it from overheating and can withstand sub-zero temperatures as long as it is immersed in water. Two mechanical seals give perfect insulation between the electric motor and the pumped liquid. The pump body is made of cast iron and the motor shaft of stainless steel. A 10 meter cable with a neoprene covering is delivered with the pump.
